Designed to give students soon to go abroad an idea of what it's like, Une bristolienne à Bordeaux will look at settling in (the dreaded culture shock and so on) and adapting to life in a new country whilst working, studying and trying to have fun! Though technically not Bristolian, I've spent the last two years in Bristol studying French and Italian and until the end of January I will be in Bristol's twin city Bordeaux, living off Erasmus grants, baby sitting and croissants.
